Material & Design
The carbon fiber element is the secret to the fast heat-up. Low thermal mass means it doesn’t waste time—or energy—heating up the housing. More of that energy goes straight into infrared output. The quartz envelope is built for high temperatures and handles rapid on/off cycling without cracking under thermal shock. And the R7s connector? It’s a proven, two-ended bayonet-style interface. Easy to wire. Stays secure even when things vibrate. And swapping one out on the floor is quick and simple.
