Here’s the setup: 400V input, 2500W output, and a 300mm active length. We chose this combo to pack serious heat into a small footprint. That 400V rating keeps the current draw down, so your wiring and contactors stay manageable. The 2500W gives you rapid heat-up, and the 300mm length lets you focus the heat exactly where you need it—perfect when space is tight.
Why Carbon Fiber and R7s? Because They Work.
We went with a carbon fiber element because it stays stable even when temperatures swing hard. It takes thermal shock without cracking, so your output stays predictable and the lifespan stretches out compared to old-school wire-wound elements. The quartz envelope is halogen-filled to shield the filament and keep performance steady over time. And the R7s bi-pin connector? It’s an industrial standard for a reason. It locks in solid, carries current reliably, and makes replacement a quick plug-in job.
